The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on this site is the exclusive property of KDHE and is subject to approval prior to posting. This policy is subject to change; therefore, it is recommended that individuals refer back to this statement periodically.

KDHE does NOT collect extended cookies from its users or subscribers to the Kansas Personal Health Information Exchange. KDHE does maintain session cookies that are processed during an individual interaction and are used to assist the user in certain applications that require information to be stored for later use, such as applications using the shopping cart metaphor. No user information is gathered through cookies except for that needed to run the specific application.
